We are not geniuses, we don't have a design immediately sketched onto a napkin. We employ a design process and continuously test and critique our work until we believe in what is proposed.

We produce appropriate and thorough documentation
Our documentation is clear, detailed and relevant for each stage. From diagrammatic plans to comprehensive construction documentation the information is direct and tailored to achieve deep understandings of what is proposed.

We take care of approvals and the boring stuff
We handle the technical side of your project to ensure approvals are achieved, keeping close to council and/or the certifying authority so time frames don't slip away.

We coordinate and manage the many stages of your project
We know the right people to speak to and what we need to progress your project. We have diligent and strong communication and management skills to keep your project moving.

We support you and the builder through construction
We offer both general on-site services to complete contract administration of your build. We work so hard to get to this stage so we stay with you to ensure of its delivery.
